Hi, Akita here - trust you are having a great day.

He Provides.

Our Lord is a great provider.
He has done some awesome stuff, one of the craziest ones must be the story of Jonah. This guy has been naughty and hiding from God, he gets thrown overboard off a ship in a huge storm, thrown into the sea, the sailors say he is as-good-as-dead... and what happens...

Jonah 1 v 17: But the Lord provided a great fish to swallow Jonah, and Jonah was inside the fish three days and three nights.

I am pretty sure that Jonah did not know that there was a big fish not far away waiting for him. Jonah must of thought he was going to drown.
God knows our faults and misfortunes and He saves us and provides for us, even when we don't realise it, or see it happening.

Next time when you feel like you are drowning in your everyday issues + dramas, thank God for what He has done and seek Him in those difficult times.

Understand that what you have/can offer to God, is indeed of great value and more powerful than you may think!!! Man, after camp this baby is going rock. Bring your friends and your expectation.

praise point: Man, camp was awesome. Thanks for the prayer! There were many healings, commitments, break-throughs, prophetic words, + more. Wonderful time with great: guest speaker, activities, worship, fellowship, teachings...etc Thank you all who served, attended, and those who covered it with prayer.

prayer request: for protection + financial support for a local youth named Joanne. Jo feels called to attend and serve in an upcoming YWAM mission. She has asked for prayer for safety as well as assistance financially, for the Summer of Service mission to Thailand in January 2007, with YWAM. If you would like further info on this please email myself. Thanks.

prayer request = praise point: new job for Crystal. - last week she had a trial..... now I HAVE JUST HEARD that Crystal has the job ... yeah!!!

prayer: for the huge salvation rally planned for young people in March 2007.

prayer: for all the local school Chaplains out there doing His business.
