Accessories Make The Outfit.

Our front lawn at our home gets mowed fairly regularly. It takes about 20 minutes to complete.. and once done it looks very good and transforms the whole front yard.

The other day my husband mowed the lawn, but before he started the lawn mower he edged the lawn area first. This took a few more minutes but the end result was stunning. I was shocked by the difference - I thought it wouldn't make much difference but little things often have a way of emphasizing things - either for good or for bad.

I have been happy with the basic regular mowing but when the job is done with detail the results are quite impressive. It intrigues me that a few extra minutes or details can have a big impact.

It is amazing how when you pay attention to the finer details that it normally lifts the whole project. Often when a lady gets dressed for a formal dinner she may wear a wonderful dress but it is the small details that make the big impact. There is an old saying that it is the accessories that make the outfit.

Let us not forget or overlook the small items, the extra step, the finishing off properly.... there is a difference between an okay job and an excellent one.

Going the next step.

Blessings,

Akita.
