Give To Get.

Most evenings my husband and I go for a walk. We do this for many reasons, including; to exercise, keep fit, and to spending time together. Last week as we were preparing to leave for one of our walks my husband said that he felt too tired to do the walk.

I encouraged him to do the walk and he would in fact feel a lot better afterwards. It is difficult to start things when feel tired and would prefer to spend time in the couch watching television. But unless you put energy into things you wont get anything of great value in return.

If I do not exercise then I will not get fit and have wonderful muscles. If we don't put in, we can not take out.
Often we need to start and then it increases... invest before any return comes. Don't wait for it to happen... make it happen. This can be applied to all areas of your life, including; studying at school, work, relationships, and developing skills - both physical and spiritual.

Encourage those who find it difficult to start... once they commence they may then see the rewards. Push on through!
