Seedtime.
Today I was inspecting my garden looking for signs of my latest seeds emerging from the soil. I had planted these seeds seven days ago and am not sure why they haven't emerged. These seeds are not big like the ones previously stolen by pests, so I was confused.
After going to my container of packets of seeds I read the care instructions
for what I planted. It said that these seeds do not germinate until after 21 days of being in the soil. Wow, that's a long time. Most seeds I have planted before pop up after only 6 or 7 days, so I was suprised.
I had foolishly assumed they would be quick growing like the others, but they have a different plan/schedule and obviously take longer before the seeds grow. I had felt disappointed that the seeds had not emerged, but now I have hope as they still have not reached the full 21 days needed for their personalised growth.
Have you ever invested some of yourself into a project or person and been disappointed that you haven't seen the change or the growth expected? Trust that the seeds are still there and with good time, their time, those little seeds will be activate somewhere, somehow and at a time that maybe unknown to us.
Blessings,
Akita.
