Hi, Akita here - trust you are enjoying today - make today matter.

A Consistent + Commitment Dog... part 2

Last week I talked about my dog and how she runs down the side of the house to watch people walk past, and by doing so has created a pathway through the grass.

Her path suprised me as she only has paws the size of a 50 cent coin, yet has created a flat firm path leading down the full length of the house. This whole concept fascinates me, how something so small like her paws prints can create something bigger, by consistently keeping to the same track she has created a groove in the grassed area.

Developing good habits and not drifting is important to anyone's life/journey. So by making a groove/path it becomes easier to stick to, once made. It takes a while to develop new habits, but once created it helps us to keep to that path and not to stray to the right or to the left.

It becomes familiar, the way is already highlighted... eventually it will become natural for us to go that way.. once something is highlighted it makes it easier to follow.

Make a positive new habbit... keep to the path, make it straight + keep walking right until it becomes familiar, noticeable and firm.

Walking with you,

Akita.
