Hi, Akita here - trust you are enjoying your week.

What Goes In Must Come Out.

I enjoying eating lollies and so does my dentist.

Every week at the shops I normally buy a packet of lollies for the family to share. The other week I bought a pack of blueberry sour straps.... yum! My children had one or two straps and I devoured the whole container. It tasted good at the time and was so sweet.

Fairly instantly my tounge turned bright blue, which ofetn happens with coloured sweets. But many hours later I went to the toilet and everything was blue... I thought I might be dying.... but then I realised that 250grams of blue lollies have to come out some how.

Often we don't understand the full impact and effects from things we consume have on our lives. We think we can handle it... but if it goes in it may well come out somewhere or somehow. What are you consuming? Food for thought.

Blessings,

Akita.
